Rizman Ruzaini's Boutique Launch
I had a chance to be involved in Rizman Ruzaini's big night. It was the launch of his new Raya collection and boutique in Sungai Besi, and I love the interior design. He had pinned black and white photos up on the walls. So classy, very the Kardashian's style. Calling time was 4 hours before the show as we had to get the goodie bags all wrapped up, getting the little things ready and being there for the rehearsal. As the day goes on, the event finally started with us greeting the guests and media. I'm telling you I was just so star-trucked looking at all the celebrities, they were just so perfect. My fav ones just have to be Ziana Zain and Erra Fazira. Anyways, the night went smoothly as we planned, Alhamdullilah. Just making me miss my diploma years, getting all dolled up for events and managing and planning those nights. It was a great experience to be involved and seeing how everything goes before the event, getting to meet the celebs! All thanks to a friend of mine Aiman Rahim, I really appreciate it. I know one day its gonna be your turn babe, I'll be there to see your dream comes true.

FOTD | In Pink
Here is what I wore for the past few days, not to say a natural look but just a casual one for a day out.
With just a light coverage I've been loving from the BB Cream that suits oily skin. I forgot to add in my most favourite concealer, Collection Concealer in Medium which you can get from Watsons now. Thanks to whoever brought in Collection to Malaysia, love you long time! A light touch up on my brows, I usually grab the Gimme Brow if I'm too lazy to fill in as you can see my brows looks messy rather undefined. I was just too lazy to take a few minutes extra to make those strong brows. Applied a bright shimmery eyeshadow to brighten up my lids, cat eyed and curled em lashes with my current favourite mascara. It's not available yet in Malaysia, I had to asked a friend of mine in the UK to get it from me but I believe you can order from an insta shop, @shopmystash. To give a lil more colour to the look, applied Lip Ice then off to my newly added to my lip collection which is the Peri Peri Tint Water.

Lazy Day
Over the weekend, I had those lazy dresser where you just want to put anything comfy all together for a day out. You can't go wrong w harem pants and simple tee, it is comfy and casual for an everyday look. Wore my ASOS platform to add some height as harem pants can make me look even shorter. I've been loving the platform, wore em for almost everyday tho I'll avoid it on the days that requires a lot of walking! Anyways, I had the most famous banana leaf in town, Nirwana that never disappoints me. Worth having and burn them calories later on. I usually have my cheat days over the weekends. It's pretty hard to stay away from all these!
How was your weekend?

Liese Straight Style Mist
Let me tell you something you may not know about me... I have the most stubborn hair! Frizzy, dry, damaged well I've described it well enough for you there. To make my hair stay straight and sleek is never easy. I would have to blow dry my hair and then straighten it for a better result. Now that just shouts, DAMAGED!
So recently I decided to give this Liese Straight Style Mist a try since I ran out of heat protecting spray. What attracted me to it was the description and the affordable price (around RM 20). It claims to straighten the hair with curl inwards and for round bangs which is perfect for short hair girls like me. You'll just need the hairdryer to style it and to eliminate unwanted frizz. I just get excited to try any frizz-free products but ends up disappointing me just after one use.
It's been two weeks of using it and I must say I'm glad I have this by my side. It has made it easier for me to style my hair straight with the hairdryer. I'll avoid using the straightener as it makes hair frizzy with this product. So for me, I don't think it protects my hair from high heat straighteners. Usually, I'll wash my hair the night before and surprisingly I'll wake up with half of my hair straight. Other than that, it comes with a pump so no hands needed.
Usually, I'll brow dry my towel-dried hair layer by layer. Before anything, I'll apply the hair oil and even after as you can see how dry my hair is. I'll spray the mist till my hair is moist. One downfall for me is that I need a lot more product for it get the job done. I'll hold my brush towards my chin to get the curl inwards. It seems to be working for me at the moment, I'd definitely repurchase this.

Because You're Worth It
Every now and then, we girls need a lil bit of retail therapy right? A few days ago, I accidentally made a trip to Watsons and a few worthy stuffs were on sale! One of them were the Loreal Hair Expertise Sulfate Free Range. It costs me just RM 29.90 for the shampoo and conditioner which usually is the cost of one. Such a bargain! I just had to get it before the sale was over.
I picked up the Hydrate Shampoo and Reconstruct Conditioner which is suitable for normal to dry hair. It contains Rosemary Juniper and Romarin Genievre which has this minty smell! What more to ask? Hoping it'll give a menthol kick like the typical salon shampoos and make the scalp feel hyper awake from the mint. Besides that, it is sulphate free which is healthy for your hair as it does not irritate your scalp, reduces frizzing, prolong the colour of your hair and the list goes on.
I'm so pumped to try this range!
Which one is your favourite range from Loreal Hair Expertise?

Kiehl's Fun In The Sun Event
Hello beautiful people, today I've discovered Kiehl's Fun In The Sun Event from The Butterfly Project that will be held at Secret Garden, One Utama from 9.30 am - 11.30 am on the 8th June. They are looking for 30 butterflies to join them and only for the Butterfly Project Beauty Bloggers. How exciting is this? This would be my first event if I would ever be one of the lucky ones. I've been wanting to try Kiehl's products as a lot of bloggers from all around the world have been raving about it. Being able to bring home my very own Stay Cool & Keep Fresh Goodie Bag will be such an adventure as I'll be able to try and give reviews about the products!
Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser
A quick lathering, refreshing facial cleanser that removes impurities and reduces excess oil without over-drying. It's oil-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free and colorant-free that is gentle enough for sensitive skin
Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner
Gently removes residue without stripping skin of vital moisture and reduces excess oil. It is non-drying, alcohol-free formula and PH-balanced
Ultra Facial Oil-Free Lotion
A lightweight, non-greasy moisturising face lotion for a healthier and rebalanced skin barrier. Contains Vitamin E to help skin stay fresh and healthy
Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Cream
An oil-free, quickly-absorbed hydrator that leaves skin balanced. Re-balances skin barrier for a smoother, fresher appearance.
With a lil deeds on the skincare, what's not to love with this one? So, here is why I would love to join the Kiehl's Fun In The Sun Event with The Butterfly Project.
1) Why do you need 24-hour no shine fresh hydration?
Whether it's hot, dry or windy our skin will always have to be hydrated at all times as it is the largest organ in us. For me, I have combination skin that needs full attention. It can be oily or dry at times and on the acne-free mode, it all depends on how I take care of my face. Nowadays, I've been wearing makeup under this humid weather which is unhealthy for my skin. Whenever I start to break a sweat, the makeup goes all over so that's goodbye to my effort. With all the sweat and access oil, my skin is more prone to acne and have dry patches due to excessive chemical use. It is advisable with our weather here is to apply a lightweight gel moisturiser that is more hydrating as gel formulation won't make you look too oily when you sweat. To my knowledge, with Kiehl's Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Cream's description and reviews, it would be the best hero for my skin to stay hydrated all day long without getting my skin all too oily. It is oil-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free and colorant-free which is good for my fickle skin.
2) What of do you love about Kiehl's?
Beauty bloggers have been raving about Kiehl's products throughout their years. It was their promising products that made me love Kiehl's. Even the climber of Mount Everest relied on Kiehl's along their way. Well, they are made of natural ingredients and botanical extracts that are truly benefit our skin. Whether it's their Midnight Recovery Concentrate that has multiples uses for the skin or the Midnight Recovery Eye, Ultra Facial Cream, Calendula Alcohol Free Toner and the list goes on that never disappoint us. They just keep producing more brilliant ideas with the natural ingredients such as their Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. Not just that, with their 'professional look' design on their products and interior design has just made me and other customers drawn to Kiehl's.
Keep up the good work, Keihl's.

Sleek Blushes & Real Techniques Blush Brush
Real Techniques Blush Brush | Sleek Blush By 3 in Lace | Sleek Blush in Mirrored Pink |
Sleek blushes come in a very sleek and compact packaging which is perfect for travelling and requires limited space. I got the shade in Lace from Luxola during their big sale early this year. The palette has 3 different blush colours, there’s one shimmery blush and two other are matte shades. Out of all the colours, my fav is Guipure which has a lil shimmer to give the perfect glow to your skin and highlight the cheekbones. I’ll apply the light orange matte blush, Chantilly on top of the shimmery blush or vice versa to give a more natural look. For the orange matte blush, Crochet is a bit too orange for my skin tone. It's more suitable for fairer skin to achieve the coral colour.
The other shade I got is Mirrored Pink, it was under aqua collection limited edition. It’s a blue-toned pink with a shimmery finish. As most of Sleek blushers are highly pigmented, I would just dab my Blush Brush once and tap off the excess, a little goes a long way. It looks pretty with minimal makeup as it gives a pink flush.
Now, I've been using this amazing Real Techniques Blush Brush given by My Beauty Parlour . The brush is so soft and gentle on my skin and it is made of synthetic taklon. So for Muslims users, you don't have to worry! It is safe to use. For the past month since I've received it, I can't imagine using anything else that fits perfectly on contours of my cheeks. It blends really well with the blusher to give a natural flush. It is easily to be washed and dry really quick. Overall, it is the best blush brush made by Samantha Chapman.

Masks of The Year!
Aloe & Pearl Daily Mask by Etude House | RM 79.90 |
Hey guys, I know it's been awhile not updating this blog! Really am sorry, I'll try my best to update this blog even more often. Anyways, today I wanna share with you guys with these two awesome masks which are The Daily Mask by Etude House in Aloe Vera and Pearl. I've mentioned them on my youtube channel which was just last year.
I've been using them alternately for at least once or twice a week. As it is daily, they are not the ones that are overly damp mask sheet which could be annoying as the essence will be dripping out of it. It comes in a perfect size especially for the ones who has a smaller face shape. It comes in a box which contain 20 sheets that might last for 20 weeks if you use once a week!
I much prefer the Aloe Vera as it moisturises and soothes my skin especially after the days I've been busy with events involves a whole lot of makeup on my skin. The outcome of using this mask you'll see after a few use as it is meant for daily use. The Aloe Vera comes with a really soothing smell and I'm just in love it. As for the other one is Pearl where it brightens up your skin on the days your skin just decides to be dull and pale. I usually this one right before an event as I do see the outcome pretty fast. It leaves my skin a lil bit brighter and give that glow I need.
I purchased them just last year when they were having a pretty big sale. Everything was on sale, buy one get one free. So for one box of mask sheets will cost RM 79.90 but on that day itself it was for two. Honestly, I rather purchase them when they are on sale only as it is a lil pricey. So do take the advantage!
